The Gastronomes Award.

Identifying and encouraging excellence in professional food & beverage service — and backing the people with the potential to lead the industry.

What it is

A leg-up for rising talent.

This Réunion initiative offers a unique opportunity for learning and career advancement, supported by the members of the society. It is designed to encourage and support those building a career in food and beverage services — people who also have the future potential for full membership of the Réunion.

There is no age limit. The award is open to anyone working full-time at team-management level and above, in food and beverage services, in the United Kingdom.
